Since its establishment, Sharjah Customs is maintaining its efforts to develop facilities and ensure smooth and fast movement of cargo and passengers. It is also aiming to uphold customs law and related regulations with assistance of law enforcement government departments.
The geography of the Emirate of Sharjah has necessitated the establishment of ten Customs Centres on land, sea and an air terminal which increases our commitment towards the community. In doing so, we rely upon our dedicated Customs Directors and other members of the staff who spare no efforts in facing challenges to provide services in a friendly and quiet atmosphere. 

Today, Sharjah Customs are opens to meet and facilitate the quest of our customers by providing them with all required customs information and some online services. We hope through this outlet to increase services in the future as well as sustaining connectivity with them.

We proudly attribute the development of Sharjah Customs and expansion of facilities which come within broader trends of excellence to the visionary leadership of His Highness Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah and the continuing guidance of Sheikh Khaled bin Abdullah bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Sharjah Ports, Customs and Free Zones Authority.
