Sheikh Khaled bin Abdullah bin Sultan Al Qasimi Inaugurates SteelFab 2026 Exhibition

His Excellency Sheikh Khaled bin Abdullah bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Chairman of Sharjah Ports, Customs and Free Zones Authority, yesterday inaugurated on Monday January 2026, the 21st edition of SteelFab, the largest exhibition of its kind in the metalworking sector in the Middle East and North Africa region. Organised by Expo Centre Sharjah with the support of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the exhibition will continue until 15 January.

More than 600 local and international brands and 350 exhibitors from 35 countries are participating in SteelFab 2026 exhibition, which covers an area of 25,000 square metres, showcasing the latest global innovations and technologies in steel forming and metal industries.

H.E. Sheikh Khalid bin Abdullah bin Sultan Al Qasimi was briefed with presentations on the products and technologies used in the steel and iron sector during his tour of the exhibition, where he visited national pavilions featuring major commercial and manufacturing companies from around the world, led by the United Arab Emirates, China, Turkey, India, Taiwan and Thailand, as well as prominent local and regional companies.
