Shipping Lines can enter the details of Vessel coming to Port Khalid, Khor fakan Port & Hamriyah Port. Details will be the Vessel name, call sign, goods to be discharged. Based on this information Seaport Authority can then provide marine services & make arrangements in the port to accommodate the vessel.

Requirements to request for an online system:

• Companies should be registered with Sharjah Ports Authority
• Companies should be registered with sharjah customs (ie:should have agent code/importer code provided by sharjah customs).
• Importer code is valid for 1 year. If it is expired some of the online services will be disabled.
